Who AM I?

My name is Steffy Cappleman, and my journey to finding purpose and passion has led me to a profound love for connecting with people and helping them unlock their potential.

Through years of exploration, I discovered my deepest passion lies in empowering others to live their best lives. I am driven to provide individuals with the tools to take control, fostering happiness, confidence, and a belief in the boundless possibilities within themselves. I am on a mission to shift mindsets from 'impossible' to 'I'm possible'.

My path to becoming a breathwork instructor was ignited by a personal revelation. I realised the incredible impact conscious breathing had on my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This 'magic' inspired me to delve into the world of breathwork, and I now have a burning desire to share this transformative practice with others.

Growing up in a military family, with my father serving in the British Army, I was no stranger to change. After marrying into the Armed Forces and relocating several times, I have settled in the picturesque North Yorkshire, where I've raised my two children for over 20 years.

My love for fitness led me to competitive swimming, where I discovered the power of breath control firsthand. Little did I know then, breathwork would later become my lifeline during a particularly challenging period. Through dedicated practice, I was able to regulate my nervous system, take control of my mental and emotional state, and navigate life's obstacles while caring for my family.

It was during this time that I found SOMA Breath, a practice that resonated deeply with me. Daily immersion in this transformative system lifted the weight of hopelessness, granting me the courage to make necessary changes and become the best version of myself for my children.

These experiences paved the way for me to become an advanced breathwork instructor. I feel incredibly grateful and privileged to share my knowledge and these life-changing tools with others. My greatest joy is witnessing individuals discover their inner strength, resilience, and capacity for growth through the power of breath.
