  • Steffy is hosting regular SOMA Breathwork Meditation sessions online on various dates and times. You will tune in using ZOOM. The session includes an introduction to SOMA Breath, the benefits and technique and a 30-40-minute breathwork meditation.

    The sessions will give your mind a break from your busy schedule, relief you of stress and anxiety, and bring you clarity and inner strength.

SOMA Breath Meditations Online One-To-One Sessions

  • These private sessions include breath foundations, a discussion around your focus on what you would like to call into your life and achieve with the breathwork sessions. Steffy will then guide you through a SOMA Breathwork Meditation to elevate your state and create the vibration and frequency you want to actually turn your vision into reality.

    One-to-one sessions have been particularly useful for individuals who feel nervous and uncomfortable breathing and sharing in a group setting.

SOMA Breath Awakeing Journey Online Breathwork

SOMA Breath Awakening Journey - Group Online Session

  • A SOMA Awakening Journey is breathwork meditation which lasts 60 – 90 minutes. It's a combination of a series of Pranayama breathing techniques arranged in a specific order, accompanied by specifically designed music to take you into a state of bliss, to create imprints and reprogram the brain. These sessions are for individuals who have been regularly joining the shorter SOMA Breath meditation sessions.

    Steffy will be hosting this extended SOMA Breath Mediation once every six weeks.

    Duration: 90 minutes

One-to-One Breath
Foundations/Introduction

  • These private sessions are available in-person or via ZOOM. They include breath foundations, focussing on functional breathing, understanding the impact of breathing on our nervous system and an introduction to breathwork. Steffy will introduce at least two techniques to practise and trial.

    One-to-one sessions are particularly useful for individuals who feel nervous and uncomfortable breathing and sharing in a group setting.

  • Steffy is passionate to spread the word about the power of breathwork. Working in an academy trust she sees first-hand how stress related illnesses can impact staff. In her workshops Steffy provides an understanding on the impact of stress on the body and mind, the link between mental and physical health. How to recognise signals the body is sending and teaches tools to self-regulate, relief stress and anxiety and improve performance.

  • As an athlete, Steffy experienced herself the profound impact of breathwork on physical fitness and providing a competitive edge. Her workshop will focus on breath foundations, ensuring functional breathing to become more oxygen efficient and CO2 tolerant for optimal performance. Sports enthusiasts will also learn how to use various breath techniques to conquer competition nerves and be calm but focussed and reach the ‘flow state’ to be the best they can be.
