The Lyke Wake Wake - 46 miles over 2 days across bog, stoney paths, heather, bracken, flooded rivers, hills, forests, puddles, fields, roads… fuelled by teardrops, a sense of humour and a lot swearing…

A lot of training, a lot of pain, a lot of breathwork, a lot of medals and one award…
