You will need:

  • A quiet space where you are not going to be disturbed 

  • Possibly somewhere where you can lie down if you prefer (not a must)

  • Headphones to enhance the experience (not a must)

Please do not do the breathwork routine 

  • on a full stomach

  • in water

  • whilst driving or operating heavy machinery

  • if you have flu or a fever
